It is practical and based on British Standard Code for Structural Engineering, moreover this method of design/draft/model is just to explain the details in Construction works. This 3D i modeled does not include binding wires as tied on site, but it can be tied with binding wire or welded on side.
You can not use the same design or model for your works, because every structural design is base on Structural Engineering Calculations and formulas( Dead Loads, Impose, Soil test bla bla bla)
