Shipwreck Shelter SKP TO VR

This shelter is located off the coast of Stimpsons island in Maine. It is meant to be used as a summer studio, the workspace can be opened or closed to accommodate the constantly changing enviroment. It is the first in a series of shelters using shipping containers as a primary building material. Shipping containers are a great source of steel which can be reused for framing, siding, or roofing, and the plywood flooring can be refinished and used for sheathing.
